In the event of a dispute over who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account identified on the online entry form. Each vote will cost as follows: $1 per vote for up to 5 votes; 10 votes for $10; 30 votes for $20; 75 votes for $50 and 150 votes for $100. Donations* are payable by credit card only. There is no limit to the number of votes a person can make. No entry fees can be used towards the purchase of any votes.

*All proceeds will go to the nonprofit organization Evansville Zoological Society, Inc. The two top names to receive the highest amount of votes at the end of the voting period will be deemed the Grand Prize winners. The names to receive the third and fourth highest amount of votes will be deemed the First Prize winners. From the two winning names, Sponsor will determine which cub receives the particular name. Evansville Zoological Society/Mesker Park Zoo & Botanical Garden has final decision on all matters. Winners will be notified by phone or email. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: (2) Grand Prize winners – will each receive (1) One Family Membership to Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden, valid for one year from the date awarded (ARV: $59.00 per Family Membership). (2) First Prize Winners – each will receive one free admission to Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden. Expires one year from date awarded. (ARV: Adult $8.50, Children $7.50 maximum rates per ticket). Restrictions may apply. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted.
